Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made at CB1000GT Store, operated by Selling Motorbikes B.V. By using our online shop and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Any deviating terms of the customer are expressly rejected, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including prices, specifications and availability. We cannot, however, guarantee that all information is error-free and complete. In the event of inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct the information without prior notice.

Orders and payment

To place an order you follow the order process on our website. Once your order is placed, you receive a confirmation by email with the details of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order: the agreement is concluded only once we have accepted your order and payment has been received.

Payment can be made via the payment methods available on our website. All prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website and include any taxes and duties, unless stated otherwise. All prices include VAT.

Delivery and shipping

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is stated during the order process, but is indicative and not binding. We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control. Shipping costs are shown during the order process and depend on the destination, weight and dimensions of the order. Any customs duties or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Please see our Returns page for how to return products and obtain a refund or exchange.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to our online shop — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images and software — belong to Selling Motorbikes B.V. or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or otherwise use these materials without our prior written permission. "Honda" and "CB1000GT" are trademarks of Honda Motor Co., Ltd.; CB1000GT Store is an independent shop operated by an authorised Honda dealer.

Limitation of liability

We strive to provide a high-quality online shop, but cannot guarantee that our website will at all times be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our online shop, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. If no amicable settlement is possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
